ABOUT HAL
Re-Elect Hal Wick to be your District 12 State Representative

Dear South Dakotans,

I am a visually impaired student who graduated from Lincoln High School. Representative Hal Wick is a good friend of mine. Not only does he have a good personality, he tries to help others as well.

I remember how he helped many visually impaired students in 2004. These students were having trouble receiving their textbooks at the same time as their sighted peers.

Representative Wick invited me to testify for a bill he had proposed. The bill stated that all authors could send recordings of the books to the State Library. When the billed was signed February 27, 2004 and every visually impaired student within the state of South Dakota became a beneficiary of this bill.

Representative Hal Wick cares about his community and deserves another term in the State Legislature.
